As the lead institution for the Taiwan-Philippines International Talent Circulation Base, Kun Shan University, along with Cheng Shiu University and Minghsin University of Science and Technology— the deputy lead institutions—organized the Taiwan-Philippines University International Symposium on January 19 at the Makati base in the Philippines. The symposium aimed to promote 'new specialized programs' and enhance collaboration with various universities in the Philippines.
