For non-Chinese speakers in the Philippines, the program aims to spark interest in learning Chinese, cultivate a positive learning attitude, and start from the Chinese Language Proficiency Test (TOCFL) Prep Level 1 and 2 before entering the beginner and elementary levels. In addition to solidifying Chinese language proficiency, the curriculum also incorporates workplace communication in Chinese and Taiwanese culture, with the ultimate goal of obtaining TOCFL Band A2 certification for future studies in Taiwan. The planned course duration is from September 2024 to mid-May of the following year, divided into three stages: beginner, elementary, and intermediate, totaling 900 hours of instruction. While primarily conducted in physical classrooms, the program may include blended learning formats such as "SS Self-Study Throughout," "OAP Online Asynchronous Learning with Physical Teaching Assistant Instruction," and "OSP Online Synchronous Learning with Physical Teaching Assistant Instruction" to enhance the learning outcomes for non-Chinese-speaking students.
