Kun Shan University, in collaboration with Sunonwealth Electric Machine Industry Co., Ltd., a company dedicated to the development of energy-efficient motor technology, signed a "Talent Cultivation Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding" on November 27th. The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of Sunonwealth Electric Machine Industry Co., Ltd. and was witnessed by Ambassador Douglas Cheng-Tsung Shen, Director of the Southern Taiwan Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Atty. Karen Trayvilla, Director of the Manila Economic and Cultural Office, Kaohsiung Extension Office. The agreement was signed by President Tien-Shang Lee of Kun Shan University and Jin-Sih Wu, Executive Vice President of Sunonwealth Electric Machine, with the aim of fostering cross-border talent through collaborative efforts between the government, industry, and academia. The collaboration, facilitated through a new specialized program, seeks to inject new vitality into the country's sustainable development.
